The Inventory Manager develops, implements, and maintains all the procedures and protocols regarding proper inventory control for the purpose of maintaining accurate financial information. They are also responsible for the management and reporting of financial data of the organization. Their duties include preparing financial statements, examining and analyzing a company’s accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting and other standard accounting procedures.

Essential Functions of the Position

· Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.

· Examine the levels of supplies, raw material, and finished foods to determine accuracy.

· Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.

· Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
