We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Bookkeeper to join our finance team. Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Accounting or related experience

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel

Familiarity with basic accounting principles

Competent in basic math and data entry

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with payroll processing

Knowledge of business tax law (active PTIN a plus)

Education in a related field
