Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and competitive research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on product vision and execution.
  • Assist in backlog refinement, building health backlogs, and engage in agile ceremonies.
  • Create and maintain product documentation/requirements, including user stories, specifications, and roadmaps.
  • Analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future decisions.
  • Organize and participate in user testing exercises to gather insight and validate product concepts.
  • Assist in prioritizing features and improvements based on user feedback, data analysis, and business goals.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled as either a full time or part time student entering junior or senior year of a degree program, ideally in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other technology related programs.
  • Requires a high school diploma with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintain a positive attitude; and solid customer service skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Problem solving skills.
